It’s so nice to see children eating healthy portions. I always feel like my kids eat such large meals compared to their peers. But we also don’t snack much. I love these videos. Keep them coming. It feels good to be validated 😅

Found myself waving vigorously back to your little one at the stove, what a cutie. I love cauliflower, so easy to get extra veggies in. Great video and that meat looks fab.

Hi can I ask how did you make the cauliflower?

Is it necessary to cook the meat for 4-6 hours? Also could you achieve the same thing simmering on the stovetop? If I have meat without a lot of bones can I cook it for only an hour with some homemade broth?

Thank you for all the educating and useful content you are creating Marissa. I do suffer from MTHFR mutation and i find it sooooo hard to have energy needed during the day to run errands. I want to know if Gaps diet did help you in that sense? Thank you very much once again
@bumblebeeapothecary3 жыл бұрын
Thank you so much! I'm sorry, that's hard :( Yes, absolutely!! From what I have learned, MTHFR gene mutation is basically a riboflavin deficiency. GAPS has definitely helped me with that because of how nutrient rich it is in fat soluble vitamins. Liver has been especially helpful for me - I say it is the secret to my existence!

The custard look absolutely yummy!! Just curious, do you throw away your egg whites then or do you have a way to use up the egg whites? Thanks.
@bumblebeeapothecary3 жыл бұрын
Thanks, it is! Sometimes I'll save them and make things like meringue :)
@Christina-ri3gh2 жыл бұрын
just wondering what you do with all the eggwhites afterwards? only recipes I can find are sweets like meringues... thanks! enjoyed the video
@bumblebeeapothecary2 жыл бұрын
I'll sometimes make meringues, or add them to scrambled eggs, or usually give them back to the chickens :)
