I really love it when Angie referred to Micah as "little champion ".. wowww coz that's exactly what he is . I am a big sister to an autistic child and bless you Rachel because I feel every bit of what you say ... the worries of what about 5 years or 10 years from now. How will he be able to cope with life as an independent man ... I am slowly learning to take it one day at time and I am noticing that time changes a lot with these kids (they outgrow alot of these unusual characters).. I think we also need to address siblings of autistic children .. they are an unrecognised population that is battling a lot ... GOD BLESS everyone involved in raising these special need (and special gifted)children ....

Thank Rachel for sharing. Many parents label their age even before bringing them to you as a kinder caregiver. I always refuse to label the children and it is as if the parents leave it upto me. But like Rachel said it is hard work. I feel like such parents should actually pay more for kindergarten services
