At the end of one of those episodes they mentioned that "down under" by men at work sounded remarkably similar to "kookaburra sits in the old gumtree" . Copyrights are very specific to making money, they probably have copyrights for any form of logo using the horns. So the gesture itself is safe, they can only sue if you try to use it in your branding for anything. And because copyrighting is also very specific, if you for example use a skeleton hand rather than a human hand then it's no longer their copyright and you're probably gonna get sued by someone else who owns the copyright for skeleton hand doing the horns gesture. It's also limited in portrayal, so if your logo is something like an original character doing the gesture instead of just a hand then you're also safe.
