@@zepguwlthistle7924 Burdock root is a vegetable that is used in many dishes. It is often used in Japanese cuisine and is known as “gobo” in Japanese. Burdock root can be prepared in many ways, such as roasting, sautéing, or boiling. Here is a simple recipe for burdock root: Preparation: Pick fresh burdock root that is firm to the touch and has few blemishes to start. Using a vegetable peeler, remove the burdock root's outer skin. As soon as the burdock root has been peeled, put it in a basin of water with a little vinegar or lemon juice to stop it from oxidizing and turning brown. Slicing:Burdock root should be cut into matchstick-sized pieces. Depending on your preferences, the length can change, however sliced burdock root can be blanched in boiling water for a few minutes for a milder flavor. This process aids in getting rid of any resentment. To stop the burdock root from cooking, drain it and give it a cold water rinse. Cooking: In a skillet or wok, heat a tablespoon of oil (such as sesame or vegetable oil) over medium heat. Slice the burdock root and add it to the pan. Stir-fry for about 5 minutes, or until it starts to The burdock root should be stir-fried for an additional 5-7 minutes, or until it reaches the appropriate level of softness. While some people want it softer, others prefer it somewhat crunchier. Serving: After being prepared, take the burdock root off the stove and use it as a side dish or an ingredient in other dishes. Besides being delicious on its own, burdock root can be used as a filling for sushi rolls as well as stir-fries, soups, and stews.

Sweeter and I liked them better than carrots...the second time I dug up some 2nd year plants and they were terrible stringy and not hardly edible I didn't know to harvest some of the first year roots only ...but now I do ... amazingly to it will grow even in the woods under trees just needs soil a foot or so deep cause the root is long and goes deeper than I was willing to dig and grows a big elephant ear type leaf if it is in a good spot over a foot long and wide . Bumble bees love the flowers as other pollinator's... very cool plant to get to know ... funny I once thought of it as a terrible weed! lol

Eczema is a result of Leaky Gut, toxins and impurities due to damaged cells and or a full lymphatics system (body's trash chutes/trashCan)..A healthy liver will in fact aid in the elimination in the waste and or damage given that it helps alkalize the body along with the pancreas..Skin eruptions are your body's way of ridding and or curing itself through ejection , which underneath your "3rd kidney/skin" is your lymphatics system which has already has toxins and your leaky gut related junk and due to it curing itself, give or take your lymphatics system being stimulated (exercise)..last resort is ejection (ezcema) for the majority ..Cleavers which is an herb will help repair your lymphatics trash chutes if it is punctured ..blood cleansers such as burdock Root , dandelion Root and red clover as well as Gotu Kola will also touch lymphatics in the process, thus helping to rid your blood cells and cells of waste, that waste gets stored by your liver and lymphatics in the form of fat until stimulated..Burdock root is one of my favs..whole plant has 102/102 minerals in the body..fruits and veggies with herbal tea plus Sarsaparilla (highest form of plant based iron=Uber for minerals) Root will cure that!

I always feel amazing when I’m on burdock root, but then the doctors take me off and I slip down again. I’m considering staying on it long term. And her apologist told me that typically she does not like her patients to be on long-term herbs, but from my case I needed to be on them for at least nine months. This is with a different herb, but since burdock works so well for me unlike any other herb I am considering using it long-term, I just don’t want it to be harmful to use long term.

Take a look at Jiaogulan. It is an amazing adaptogenic herb so it is really hard to over do it. Shoot, its nickname is "The immortality herb". If you ate too much and dont feel good, jiaogulan tea will have you feeling fine by the end of the cup. I could go on and on about it. Burdock is good too but jiaogulan from my experience is superior. I'm not kidding, you'll feel good from the first cup of tea. And the tea tastes good just by itself!

No matter the herb, with the exception of a few, my rule of thumb is roll of every 30 or 90 days and take a break. Fasting every week for 36 hours or 3 days water fasts once a month is another one I do to assist in the process. Especially if you are healing your body which takes between 12 - 18 months because of all the cleaning and restoration that has to happen.

I found with my mom that MSM (MethylsulfonylMethane) cream cleared up her UTIs. I would rub it on the inside of her arms so her body absorbed it. The sulfur helps the body make glutathione and it is also used by the immune system. Glutathione is the body's master detoxifier. I hope this helps.
