What do these judges think they are doing with these stolen guns? Using them to commit crimes of course! Just shows how serious politicians are about stopping murders with guns. This dude gets a slap on the wrist and will get out and do it again. But politicians want to be tough on law abiding gun owners. Just proves they need gun violence to keep happening to infringe on law abiding gun owners. And if a law abiding gun owner smokes this dude breaking into their house in a liberal state the gun owner goes to jail.

Judges are some of the worst people to ever live. Like can you imagine laying down to sleep every night and knowing youve ruined and continue to ruin hundreds or thousands of peoples lives... Most of which are probably for drugs or other victimless crimes

@@fatherlitmas9245 problem is, non violent crimes are charged sometimes even worse than straight up murder. Judges do have discretion knowing all of the facts. Jailing someone 10+ years for something like marijuana is a real shitty move and it has happened countless times.

You’re silly the judge was showing leniency & he wanted to run his mouth. So the judge gave him the maximum sentence for the charges he had. Which he was more than able to assign in the first place. Don’t run your dumbass mouth to the man or woman who handing down your judgement. I say good riddance we don’t need armed robbers who are too stupid to learn their lesson the first time in our communities. Act like a human being or live in a cage like a animal. Choices are simple.

That was petty of the judge. Dude just lost a third of his life with the stroke of a pen. Of course he flipped out. That seems like abuse of power. His first sentence was based on the facts, his second was based on emotion and that’s not what the law and justice is “supposed” to be.
