My brother got lucky, he got 8 years for armed robbery but did a total of 5 years. He did 2 in Logan Regional Corrections Facility, spent 2 years in Huttonsville, n 1 year in Prunietown. All three is in West Virginia. We're both from Logan, West Virginia. He's doing great now, he's got a successful tattoo shop, got a 5 br home, a truck, lifted Tahoe, Corvette, boat, Canam x3 side x side, dirt bikes, street bike. Jail n prison is what saved him from overdosing or killed for robbery. He's been out 10 years now n doing awesome.

Why not? He got sentenced to two three year sentences for gun crimes to be served at the same time. Should have been more than the burglary sentence. What do these judges think they are doing with these stolen guns? Using them to commit crimes of course! Just shows how serious politicians are about stopping murders with guns. This dude gets a slap on the wrist and will get out and do it again. But politicians want to be tough on law abiding gun owners. Just proves they need gun violence to keep happening to infringe on law abiding gun owners. And if a law abiding gun owner smokes this dude breaking into their house in a liberal state the gun owner goes to jail.

Just joined. I am a previous prison correctional officer. I have watched a few of your videos and you do an excellent job explaining what goes on in prison life, the court room, and sentencing day ( with the legal terms ). This court room video is one of my favorites because you see not only what happens when you screw up a "slap on the wrist" from your last burglary but you see what happens as the 22 years sink in. His life is mostly done. It just amazes me how offenders don't appreciate getting off easy so why are they surprised when the song you must dance to is now 22 years?

You’re silly the judge was showing leniency & he wanted to run his mouth. So the judge gave him the maximum sentence for the charges he had. Which he was more than able to assign in the first place. Don’t run your dumbass mouth to the man or woman who handing down your judgement. I say good riddance we don’t need armed robbers who are too stupid to learn their lesson the first time in our communities. Act like a human being or live in a cage like a animal. Choices are simple.
