Rawlins teringin sangat nak skipping but masalah lutut nie hahaha. Now nak jogging pun neves sejak MCO 2.0 so buat sit up dan push up je kat umah hahaha

Jangan buat senaman yang gunakan lutut kalau overweight...lebih2 lagi skipping atau jogging... Jahanam lutut sebab kena gasak dengan berat badan yang berat... Mulakan dengan berjalan atau kayuh basikal senaman kat rumah tu... Kalau buat jugak,sekarang x rasa...dah atas 40 nanti akan start sakit lutut.. Skipping atau jogging bila berat badan dah nak sampai ke ideal...

Menarik lak jam tu boleh tau berapa kalori burn.. kalau iena pengsan dah ni haha..kalau nk skipping iena kene turun ke parking cmnu gak la sebab kt rumah tak boleh..macam2 memo keluar tak boleh tarik2 perabut la..tak boluh lompat2 la..jiran jiran kt sini cerewet

sy track guna app yaoyao juga, jump 6100, 55minit. burn 560 kalori. tp sy guna jump rope jenis kabel. ringan. dpd video ni, weighted rope nmpk lebih mudah utk burn kalori.

btw, nak tanya.. after skipping waktu malam... Seeloknya, berapa jam selepas itu baru sesuai untuk tidur... Risau lepas skipping terus terlena sampai pagi... then, bangun2... badan sengal2
