I am being honest, I am not overweight, but I can't do full body push ups; I can't do sit ups (at all!); I can't hold a plank for long, but I am super proud of myself cause I finished this workout!! (Now the floor is wet with my sweat!)

This is definitely my favorite workout ever!! I've been doing it about 2-3 times a week and I've lost 1.5 pounds every week(with this workout and running on the treadmill the rest 4 days) ! 100% recommend this workout!

Always love this workout! It reduces my stress:) I just wanted to say that I burned around 420 calories (without the cooldown) I'm 164cm (5.3ft) and I weigh 59kg (130lbs) and I'm using an Apple Watch SE to track my workouts:) Have a nice day everyone

This is my 4th Christa popsugar workout in a row. 4 months postpartum and had to avoid full planks because I've got diastasis rectii but I love how powerful these challenging workouts make me feel. After punching and kicking all the negativity out, I am ready to face the day in zen mode :)

2 years since this workout has been posted, I keep on coming back! (actually besides Anna's, Christa's workouts are the only ones I find myself coming back to). this workout, for me, is difficult to get through completely without slacking just a little bit and skipping the hot sauce on some of the last few reps. I know it's going to push me, and I know once I finish, I feel so accomplished.

I have been doing this workout since 3 months.. 4-5 days a week.. Honestly i can see the results in my tummy. The buldge has reduced a bit. And i drip with sweat every day when i do it. Christa's energy is infectious that keeps you going

I burned 582 calories plus I modified for floor exercise. For some exercises that I couldn't do, I stood while I boxed in place. This was an amazing and fun workout. I have saved it to my favorite youtube workouts

I will say one thing: out of all the workouts where I don't want to do them because it's winter and it's cold, I never hesitate on a DiPaolo because I know how quickly she gets your heart rate and sweat going!

Please! Make more videos with Christa! One of the best trainer of this channel. My whole being was screaming after this workout. And it was doing it even more in the morning. This is the like the 10th video I've tried since self-isolating - and it is the BEST. It's fun, challenging, and I feel exhausted yet energized. I made it to 06:06, which I think is good. Christa is the Energizer Bunny. How she can do this workout and talk is beyond. Tomorrow, I'll stay with it until the end (I hope!). Thanks for at-home workout that feels like I worked out.

This is awesome! I've been looking for a kickboxing workout for a while and this is so much fun! You definitely WORK. First time doing it, I didn't use weights, burned 417 calories with the cooldown. If I had used weights I'm sure I would have hit 500+

One of the very few EXCELLENT kickboxing workout. Others feel like the instructor has no formal training and just throws kicks and punches around, but this one means business! Great combos and conditioning

Added bonus: Combine the first two core moves into one! Cross knee x2 --> scorpion flip --> transfer weight into the cross body punch --> toe touch --> flip to plank position and repeat on other side. It's fun!

I love this workout, it's so much fun! Also, don't feel too frustated if you can't pick up the combos right away. Don't be afraid to push the video back a little and repeat the slow parts as many times as possible until you get it right (I found it especially hard to coordinate the legs with the arms). I have terrible coordination but with time and practice I can do them okay-ish now!

I have a Apple 3 watch and I’m 5’6 196 pounds I did this workout and was only able to get 448 calories. I’m wondering what calorie counter you used. I feel like mine is cheating me. Because my heart rate is super fast and I’m soaked in sweat. No one I didn’t burn more calories. It’s super frustrating for sure

Love this one! Cardio kickbox is my all-time favorite workout and it's hard to find it anymore. This one is fast-paced but easy to modify, and it goes a full 45 minutes.

First of all, congratulations!!! You make me go back to boxing. I have a 6 months old baby and Christa DiPaolo and popsugar fitness are the best for me now because I go to my baby play square and try to do the routine, of course, looking always to my baby to not hurt her, sometimes I don´t finish all routine or do some modification but I am happy to connect perfectly with this cardio routine.
