1:16 The off ramp on the right has a piece of barrier missing that is conveniently facing the main road. Almost looks like at one point you could drive up and jump back down onto the main track.

I find it funny how the particle effects are unaffected by the emulator free camera. Feels like a trippy filter.

Particle effects seemingly being rendered relative to the camera is definitely a weird choice, but it works. I think they do the same technique for grinding spark effects in Burnout 3. In some areas you can actually somewhat see the path of the track just by the street lights.

@@OmniGlitcher That is true, though I've noticed it's mainly traffic lights that stay rendered. Then again, light poles never actually have their lights on. But I don't think grinding sparks follow the same logic, at least not in the same way B2 does with its effects.

They do to some extent actually. If you use the timer pause cheat when generating sparks, you can actually see the effect.
