Three years ago, I completed 100% of the game in the last event (maniac in ocean drive) with Friction playing the last two laps on my ps2 without crashing and without losing the burnout sequence. I got a streak of 38 burnouts in that event with Friction's lyrics ending up symbolizing a tough journey that never made me give up despite the difficulties. That hits really hard to this day for me. I love this game and its melancholic soundtrack

I didn’t play dominator too much, but it’s good to see I didn’t really miss out in the soundtrack department Paradise on the other hand.. played so much of that. Don't cite as the source for this, but I swear I once read Dominator was suppose to be a PS2/PSP port of Paradise, which is why there is overlap in the soundtrack between the two games, but I can't remember where I read that.

Us V them wasn't in Dominator. It still blows my mind Girlfriend has FOUR FUCKING VERSIONS and they're all in the SAME FUCKING GAME (I will forever hate Dominator for that). Going Through Changes will forever be one of the most painful licensed songs I've ever heard in a racing game (hearing it for the first time as a middle schooler dealing with changes permanently fucked me up). AAAAAND, it's a straight tragedy Girlfriend made it onto the Paradise OST but not Long Way Out. A song that was also probably my favorite in the game.
