Denise, thank you for putting out this video. I’ve watched this video a couple times now and I think this will really hit home for a lot of people not just in the tech industry, but others as well. Ironically I watched this video when I was arm deep in my first burnout while being in the tech industry so I just wanted to take a couple seconds and thank you for putting this together.

You said something interesting - team lead support. I'm not sure if every team leader is capable to notice that someone is going through hard time. It's good to have someone nearby
