The graphics on the HD version suffers from overbloom, if you play the ps2 version it looks more pleasing on the eye...but other than the bloom the HD version is more superior

Disagree. The Remastered version also has different sound effects and they're, in my opinion, much worse than the ones from the PS2 version (like the sounds for timer, the medals, the nitrous, etc, they feel much less gratifying or more annoying).

And the biggest fault is that the game is not 60fps all the time and the crash mode sucks in the xb360 version, you dont have enough movement while in crash there, it's really frustrating

I remember how i was quite mindblown by the fact that in crash mode, you can activate aftertouch before your explosion bar fills up so that you can get it to max faster, as the game goes into slow motion in aftertouch mode. Saved me from a cramp too.

really nice to see dominator, it was in fact my first burnout game even though you may say it usually falls under the table, i remember getting the second menu screen break and tricked my parents into thinking that i broke the tv, then i just changed it to a normal signal to show them it was the game not really me. I was hoping to see kuru's opinions on the game beyond what he said about being in-between 3 and revenge or removing crash mode or feeling more budget-like (whether he personally likes it, or how would it rank among other burnout games for him)

Do you have an awful input lag of 200 ms or so? I'm having this problem in Burnout 3 and Revenge, but none of the other games I've tested on PCSX2.

I forget what it’s called, but it’s the second to last version of the shorter starter car (there are two starters, one is long and red the other is short and dark blue). Basically, it’s a race car with a crash breaker of 7 instead of 1 or 2.

One reason why 3 and Revenge deserve a remaster is because the freaking Xbox version had exclusive content (and some improvements) that PlayStation bois like me couldn't get their hands on. I loved Revenge, but I didn't like the crash physics that much because those seemed a bit inferior to 2 and 3's collision/rollover physics.

problems with the 360/hd version - Bloom - Altered Sounds have less impact, when gaining stars boosting etc and music. - Crash mode has no cash on fly over, its also just accelerate and go. - Some other things I can't rmemeber However its still a great game, like if it was a next gen title at the time and not also on PS2 it would be different
