I struggled a bit to find motivation for a longer workout today but I'm so glad I did! Love the cardiatic drift that gets going on the gentle longer sessions! I used 1lb weights in rnd 3 for some extra 'oomph'. My fitbit says 22 min. moderate work, 29 minutes vigorous work for me with this today.
