I bought a house in Quincy based on the bus service in my neighborhood for me and my elderly parents. You have taken away the 212 so my elderly parents are stranded. You say bold improvements , but in my city you take it away. How bold of you NOT to service an area. Og yes...you say to use the 217, but it only has 2 afternoon trips on billings road..useless. At least when the 212 ran in the morning people could use it t get to NQ station to go to work too. Those people are now stranded. Yes... Be bold, but taking things away.

The T currently plans to double service on the 217. It doesn't fix your problem but at least it's something.
