Why are the 86's in trouble and look like going for scrap? What have they been replaced with?

yeah only been replaced with 66s, instead of going forward electric loco's they are going backward with diesel the only reason i have heard is they all require big services and dont want to spend the money !

The entire network feels like 66's now! The again, it won't be long and there'll barely be 10 different train types.
