My first run back after finishing my anti biotics after getting severe food poisioning bacterial infection on last days of my hols , really tough run today , high heart rate as well so needed this to bring the hr back down and get over the run, thanks Ash , good to get back to your sessions

Oh no, that sounds awful mate. Not a way to end your hold that is it!! Your body will be adjusting and finding its equilibrium again won’t it. It’ll take a few weeks, go steady Colin 😊

Went for my first run today after being sick with a very stubborn cold for two weeks. Always challenging to get back to routines, even after shorter breaks. But the stretches with you are here to stay :)

Crazy humid 4 mile run this morning! I would have definitely taken some of your windy day! Left hamstring was a bit tight after I finished, and the hamstring stretch was just gentle enough and very helpful!

I paused the video a few times to repeat some of the stretches to make it a slightly longer session (yes, I know this goes against the whole point of it being a quick stretch!) and my hip flexors and quads feel much looser. Thanks Ask.
