After running 2 halfmarathons inbetween 7 days and rest for 5 days I did a recovery run today. I love your explanations and never skip the streching. Thanks Ash! Really happy to have found you!

I've been doing your stretches for the last 2 and a half months whilst I've been training for a 10k and for the first time in my running life, I've not had shin splints or had my knee flare up (ACL reconstruction a few years back)! Super chuffed and love your videos, thanks Ash ☺️

Thanks Ash! Suggestion: I think it would be helpful to add somewhere in the title or as a tag on the splash screen of each video, after what type of run you recommend the video? I.e. “after intensen run”, “after long distance” i don’t know😅. At the moment I personally only filter the stretches by duration. And sorry if you already do this somewhere and I missed it! 🙏🏼 Thanks you❤

I am really grateful I have found you on KZbin, and since this day, you are part of my running routine 4 times per week. I never had to go to my osteopath since I have resumed my running end of Jan so thanks a lot Ash… and please, please, don’t stop the talking; I especially love it when you ask me how was my run 😊

Lovely vid ash! Worked today and did a run afterwards, felt great to dynamically move my body after standing all day. If you have the time, I would like to request a 5/6 min warm up video for these kinds of packed days💪 I really appreciate all the efforts you put in these videos, and I don’t get why ppl don’t like the talking🤣🤣

I did have a look into it. I was going to do something similar on my podcast but never got round to it. I wouldn’t be able to do them as good as that at the moment. Just because of the background music and editing it all together. I don’t have the spare time or the music licence to be able to produce something as good as those ones at the moment.
