When I saw your title, I thought you’d be “butchering” as if from the coop to kitchen. Grandma taught me how decades ago. I use the whole chicken! Good video. The dark meat has the best flavor.

I'm a chicken thigh person! 💣💣💣 The is a great tip for other types of meat as well when so you can cut your own steaks and etc.

We normally go to Costco. 3 for about $30ish, and 2 for $30ish if you want to go organic 👍🏽
