This is not for beginners or people with injuries, definately be careful not to injure yourself people trying this for the first time, although I love the concept there is some awkward moves in here

This is my first time trying buti and so thoroughly enjoyed the slow sweat! I just wish it was balanced on both sides more, from doing yoga it feels weird not doing the same to both sides

I love Buti Yoga, I enjoy yoga too, but the music and the beats with the moves make it easier to learn moves and get it done. I was actually drenched when I take this class. I like the slow sweat. I think this was a great introduction to a new yoga. Great job.

Am old but have taken hot yoga for over 20 years. Found to avoid knee injury I had to wear cross training tennis shoes/running shoes,even when the rest of the class was barefoot.

Well in hind sight I should have done the first class, but holy wowsa this class is awesome. I couldn't fully achieve the moves, but I will get it soon. This is the first time I've tried this type of yoga. Love it.

This is cool and all. I like how it’s different from yoga, but the three legged dog sequence was only done on one leg. I find myself worrying through each of her videos about when we are going to do the second side. I’ve watched two of her videos and each one had inconsistencies.

I have noticed this as well and it's incredibly frustrating, especially since there is also no true focus on form and I'm here just like "how in the world is she doing that?" and then just whenever I think I'm about to get it, she moves onto the next move. I also think there is too much focus on staying on beat with the music, which I get, but I think that this is where she falls short on mirroring the other side because she "ran out of time" due to the music cues.

I’ve taken a few but I yoga classes and it’s the same thing. Sometimes they had an a second side and sometimes you never see it again and it’s not like the teacher forgot because in yoga that happens I teach yoga but it’s really weird and I do think she should focus more informed because she’s quite fit but it doesn’t mean all of her students will be

Happy for people to enjoy this, anything physical is good and this does seem.to create a community feeling (mainly women) which is fab. However, I could never call any of this yoga, its far removed from where the origins of Yoga began. Asana Practice is only one small part of Yoga, and without the controlled breath and Pranayama, then it's just making shapes. Definitely a looks a fun fitness blend of traditions. Again however, as a dancer I'd worry about some of the alignment cues, and tribal dance?? I hate the words primal and tribal. Programmes like this, similar to the Les Mills Body Balance Programme, there is no room in the class structure for individual corrections or personalised options for variety of abilities. If this is what you love, enjoy have fun. Thought I'd investigate as it's everywhere om social media at the moment but it's not for me.

Nice, but very fast. Instead of calling out moves slightly before changing she would announce them during a transition. Felt like I was always playing catch up.

I have practiced yoga for 10 years. i think this sequence is pretty good but incomplete, i enjoyed a lot because the focus on pelvic movement gives a really good feeling on the asana. I think is really good although it is incomplete because you can complete it yourself and it work on your memory. The burpees are great , they give a lot of energy to the practice

in what flippin world is it okay to do a whole lunge and balance sequence only on 1 side of the body and then just move on like it never happened - not even say 'rewind the video and do the other side'? then we just go to the mat and i spend the whole time confused and distracted waiting for the transition that's going to bring us back to complete the sequence while my left side feels way shorter than my right because we didn't balance out? this doesn't say it's a unilateral workout. this is not the first video of hers i've done where she doesn't finish a sequence on both sides and then i have to go back at the end and reverse it myself or my body feels weird. this is just crappy irresponsible sequencing. if you can't fit in both sides of a sequence in 20 minutes, take some stuff out. this is awful for newbies who don't know that they're gonna need to go back and do the 2nd side on their own. i want to like these workouts but this kind of sequencing is garbage.

It is weird but actually I finally found relief in lower back pain, I was exercising mostly pilates and yoga byt tension in lower back was still a problem, those moves really relaxed those muscles!

Try using a soft blanket under your knees or flip your mat to protect your knees, that way you will not harm or hurt your knees . Thank you 🙏🏻🦋

Twice you didn’t stretch out the other side (or I missed it but looked like a video cut). First when you said to grab the right ankle with the left hand and not going into Utita Hasta on the second side. Fun flow idea but damn that shit is basic.
