I love how conscious this practice is of everything connected to the abs, i hate when youre watching a video that's obviously for people without back, hip or hamstring tightness etc. I want to strengthen but I also need to loosen surrounding muscles as well so its not easy to isolate the abs in every workout, this was a little tough but I can see myself quickly improving with repetition.

I have tried a number of things prior to meet your videos!! Each time i start something new whether dance or cardio or gyming,,, i felt tired at tge the end of that..but to my surprise, i feel energetic and happy at the end of this session, All because of your amazing yoga moves!!! You can't target specific areas of your body for fat loss. Instead, you need to lose fat overall through a combination of diet and exercise. Crunches won't burn fat or flatten your abs. Cardio exercises like running or cycling can help burn calories, but you also need strength training to build muscle and boost your metabolism. So overall focus on fitness and health in my opinion. Do a mix of all workouts.
