I love that she isn't super pretentious and bitchy about this like "Oh look at me I'm on a beach working out and looking good UNLIKE YOU HAHA!" like I think a lot of fitness gurus would be. She's so uplifting, motivating, and human about the whole thing. Not too robotic or mechanical and not too fake bubbly and obnoxious either!

Would you like to lose weight quick? There's a great way to achieve it along with a bad way. ​@@grass6740 Today? It would be too easy for me. I'm doing Syndey Cummings weighted workouts now, because pilates became too easy. But I like coming back to it when I'm not feeling well/want a comfort workout :)

Dear Future Grass, Pink and White. My toenails are Barbie pink and vanilla white (this should become new nail polish color names lol). This burns my...bottom! My thighs also burn but not as much. Also, I feel that Cassey is the MOST ORIGINAL FITNESS INFLUENCER OUT THERE. Try to change my mind. She's constantly coming up with new fitness concepts and her sit down, non-workout videos are always interesting. Her personality shines through her work. Plus, I don't see Chloe Ting or Pamela Reif working out at the BEACH! - Grass

I'm a 15 year old teen girl and I've been wanting to lose weight to be healthier and feel better. All the workouts I had tried were so boring and all I could think about was the pain! Aug 10 anyone?? I can proudly say that I've been following her workout calendars for 4 months now and the effects it had on me were both great physically and mentally. Thank you Cassey for always giving us motivation in following your workouts even though it may be hard first on us. Some people say: "You're already skinny enough so why work out?" But that's not my reason--the reason why I work out is because it gives me the best feeling inside!! Again, neomu kamsahamnida Cassey!!!

This is the day I did a days workout without ANY stopping! I started in April, and then Sept to Dec I couldn't exercise. I was finally able to exercise starting the new year. New year equals new beginnings :) But mainly, what keeps me going is what my fifth grade teacher had said. She said, "You can change whenever YOU want" you don't have to wait for the "perfect" time. Become a better you...whenever!

I remember when i first did this like a month ago i stopped so many times, this is my second time doing this video (two months doing pilates) and i even added ankle weights. Im so happy i dont feel like a failure anymore😭😭😭

When I did this in the calendar two months ago I wasn't able to do the hot potatoes with two taps on each side and I was waaay slower than Cassey, today I could do two taps and even keep up with Cassey! These workouts are amazing, I am so proud of myself :)

Love this workout. I remember the first time i did this, i feel like i can't walk for tomorrow. But days have passed doing her workouts, now I can even do this workout upto three times. Woah, amazing how exercise works! Keep going guys! You all can do it if i did. :)

done May 7th!! I feel really accomplished! Only stopped two times during the 3rd video because i find single leg bridge exercises super hard for me! Means i am getting better. Gonna add one more cardio on this and i am done woohoo. hope it went well for anyone else doing the may 2016 calendar.

Day 20 of the beginners calendar. ♡ I hardly struggled at all with this video! My knees pressed into the floor was uncomfortable because I don't have a mat, but I did amazing with this one. Either that means it was semi-easy.. or I'm just getting stronger.

I started doing blogilates workouts just over a year ago and lost 20kgs with maintaining these exercises and eating well. I'm currently 21weeks pregnant and I would love to see blogilates pregnancy videos. I'm not sure how many people would benefit from it but I definetly would :)

last time I did this workout, it was about a few months ago, it was so hard, but today it was considerably and dramatically less harder?! it’s always such a great feeling knowing that you’re getting stronger!!! :D

I have been doing this workout everyday for a week now and I must say, I have seen a difference in my butt! It's definitely firmer and more lifted now. For my legs, it's taking a lil while but I definitely feel stronger now. NEVER GIVE UP GUYS! If you don't wanna go back to square one then DON'T QUIT! Stay flawless everyone

It's the first time I really thought her comments during the video were helpful. Usually I just hear them but this time, it was really heard. Helped so much to push through when she said hers were burning too. I'm not that fit and sore as hell from yesterday and she said her thighs were burning at just the right moment!

i'm soooooo happy right now! when i started doing pop pilates, this booty workout was a way too hard for me and i couldn't finish it without stopping like 100 times but now.. this feels like a warm up! i'm so proud of myself!

I don't like doing exercises with my left leg because it clicks with big movements and it really hurts :( But other than that, great workout... January 2nd :D

My right hip does that! If I'm doing something like a butterfly stretch, my left side will be fine but my right hip clicks and hurts a lot. I don't even know why. :/

Hey, im fasting too but i fixed my workout jz after night prayers. Try that. It helps to be hydrated while workng out. Dont overwork while fasting ❤️

Thank you so much, Cassey! I recently found this after looking for a new quick and easy workout. I had my baby almost 8 months ago and I was still looking for the perfect workout to get my body back. when "gracefully" lifting my leg up I think every bone from my waist down cracked! it was uncomfortable on my left leg, but completely okay on my right leg..

One of my fave workouts! The Fire hydrant kicks get me everytime! I either do the video twice or after another legs video (Perfect Legs WO) followed by weighted squats and calf raises!
