Nicole you are the best at what you do. All of your new classes have been so innovative and challenging in the best way. This class in particular kept me so present in the moment that the time flew by because i was so focused throughout each little movement without stressing about it or being in my head. I love your tip of turning the pelvis up to feel more glute engagement - that helped a LOT! I did this with light ankle weights and really felt it!
Before I clicked to this video I was like, I don't want a very hard workout with bands and weights, I'm gonna do this one. Ooooh what did I thought, it was one of the most difficult booty workouts I've ever done in my life. Thank you for that burn!!!

I had been agoraphobic and extremely depressed and gained 50lbs. I just recently started going to the gym last month and I do one of your workout videos there as soon as I get there and it really helps to keep me calm, focused, and I really look forward to them. I find them to be fun as well :) After I do stairmaster and run. I've already dropped 16lbs. :D Thank you for posting! I like when you also count down how many are left for each set :)

What I love about Nicole's workouts is that no matter how intensive the workout is, she always incorporates some love/reward to the body with calming stretches. This sort of makes me forget the intensity of the workout and to return another day. It's like she gives instant relief from the workout.

Nicole’s exercises are top tier. And I love that you promote being healthy and strong, versus looking a certain way. I could never stick to a fitness routine when I was just focusing on making my body “look good”. Once my mind shifted to incorporating exercise as a routine part of my life to strengthen and take good care of my body, everything changed! My tactic is to just submit to the guidance, not think about how hard it is, not even count, knowing that you never take me too far. The 'broken record' is welcome, as being in this semi meditative state means that I don't focus on anything outside your voice. Please don't change, you are doing magic.

I know you may not see this, but I absolutely love your workouts!! Pilates is my favorite form of exercise, and you have been critical to that. Unfortunately, I recently had a wrist injury and can’t bear any weight on my left wrist. If there is any chance you could do one modified pilates follow along with forearm planks, no downward dog, etc. I would be forever grateful!! I love a follow-along the best, and if you released one that would be so incredible. If not, no biggie / continued luck to you!! 😊
