love the band workouts is there a good workout for hip pain. i think i pulled a hip flexor or tendon from jogging but think gluteus medius and hip flexors are weak

Hi Sarah, hope you are feeling better. Definitely check with your doctor first but yes strengthening your glutes are very helpful for a running program. This week's barre workout coming out on Saturday (tomorrow) is good for glute work :)
