But, one true answer is, Butter Naan improves any subji, curry or gravy to taste much better with naan. This butter naan recipe prepared eggless, mean no egg and yeast, it's very vegetarian or vegan flat bread recipe to try.
Traditionally, the original butter naan restaurant style recipes are made with huge tandoor oven, and it's called tandoori roti or tandoori naan. Chef in restaurant stick the naan inside the tandoor oven wall, its definitely need special skills and experience to put the hands inside the super hot burning oven to press the naan to stick to the wall and once the naan cooked remove it from the oven.
We don't have such a bravery to make some simple dinner, yet passionate to try the recipes at home with no adventures. Thanks to restaurant cooks for preparing amazing meals every time whenever we walk in hungry to any restaurant, specially appreciate the cooks those who make naan in restaurants with the super hot tandoori oven. Very sure, restaurant style naan recipe if made perfectly, it will definitely taste better than any naan made with home oven or tawa.
Here I have prepared the butter naan effortlessly without taking risk of using burning tandoor oven, said otherwise I don't have one. Yes, no tandoor oven or no oven, steel tawa used to prepare the homemade naan, but make sure non-stick pan cannot help in this process of making naan, even both sounds similar, but believe me, not helpful for naan making. Any steel pan, stainless steel pan, slim or thin bottom tawa works good for butter naan or any naan recipes.
Now, let us see how to make naan, this amazing buttery flavored butter naan recipe with tawa at home, and it's restaurant style! really not, its a tawa naan.
Ingredients:
Butter
All purpose flour 2 Cups
Sugar 1 1/2 Tsp
Salt
Baking powder 1 Tsp
Baking soda (A pinch)
Curd or yogurt 1/4 Cup
Milk powder 2 Tbsp (Optional)
Oil 2 Tsp
