I had the privilege of seeing Samara and her father perform this together in Baltimore for her xmas show... my god... the entire evening was perfection.

His performance this past Holiday season was phenomenal ❤️. He performed with his Family ( brother, two cousins and his father 93 years young Elder Goldwire McLendon). Phenomenally talented family indeed! ❤✌🏾☀️

I floated away on that Oh Holy Night. Samara Joy's complex soprano performance and Antonio McLendon's rich smooth baritone tenor complement each other so well, and the icing on the cake was the Jazz undertone in this performance. Thank you for this analysis #sopraonotes.👌

Please could you critique Samara & Antonio singing Chestnuts on an open fire...or something about chestnuts roasting on an open fire. Its absolutely divine.

She's a trained soprano. Not a low voice at all. Don't confuse richness with height of the voice.

A soprano with a lot of depth and richness to her tone.
@Texbun210 ай бұрын
@@KajiVocalsDon't tell me what not to be confused about. Instead, perhaps politely educate me about the difference. To MY ears, her Soprano voice sounds low. Is it because of the richness? Perhaps. It does not change the fact her voice sounds different from what I expect of a classically trained Soprano.

The amazing 73 yr. old Darlene Love, getting on top of the piano to sing her great Christmas song entitled "Darlene Love's spectacular final Christmas performance for The Late Show with David Letterman" at kzbin.info/www/bejne/qqS4YWuvbtWYkMk. Do not stop when it seems like the end because there's a bit more singing after Letterman says goodnight. Her power is almost earth shattering.

Please react to UK teenage sisters Lucy and Martha Thomas version of this song which is equally spectacular. They have also just released a brand new video for Xmas of "Mary Did You Know?" Their harmonies are magical and many reactors believe Lucy is currently one of the best singers in the world. See what you think?

That’s what people do. They request the artist they want, even without acknowledging the person this current video is about. I’ve gotten used to, but I used to drive me nuts. I’m not saying you can’t make requests, but give a polite comment about the video first before you do it.
