He said he was associated to a church in Brazil. As a priest or preacher, he should have been more considerate to his neighbors. People can complain about neighbors making too much noise and there is an ordinace, but in this case, nothing they can do? What about neighbors trees hanging over the fence into your property, You can cut the branches if they are damaging your roof.
