The bubble light issue is that you can not ship them. The liquid in the lights is “hazardous” and USPS etc no longer allows shipment. That’s why eBay has them banned. Other sites may allow them to be listed and sold but USPS doesn’t allow shipping of them.

Nomex was a great find. Nomex has to be worn in places like petrochemical plants. Those plants are all along I-10 in Texas, La. and Miss. Grew up in Louisiana and you can’t throw a rock without hitting a plant worker.

When you list the jumpsuit, you may want to add keywords " mill shutdown"...folks that work the mill/factory shutdowns for maintenance have to wear the fireproof stuff and it's expensive!

Obviously you want to get items with lots of potential profit but what I like is that you are happy to buy items with smaller profit margins (as I would) of $15-20 as it all mounts up !

We were in Mrytle for the 4th and checked out a couple GW. Lots of clothes at half the cost we pay. We got a few really cool items though. We actually did better at some local yard sales before we headed home.

I think that people get away buying and selling the bubble lights by listing the chords then they send the lights with the chords. But it will be interesting to know if you can sell just the chord. Also, I would put the Sperry’s up for sale and just note the damage. You’ll still be able to make some money on them and at least make back what you bought the for. Just be honest about the damage. But I think they’ll still sell because the damage isn’t noticeable to anyone but the person wearing them.

Yes sir. The bubble lights are banned. I was excited to SIX sets, promptly listed them to find out shortly after with a finger wagging e-mail from eBay. Thankfully, just a wagging. I plan to sell at a flea market. Still, they are awesome!!! AND… I again learn from you… I can part it out… hadn’t thought of that! WILE E. BEARDED!!! Genius!!!

Regarding the Gucci Tshirt - Sometimes specific brands will have an RN number. For example, Anthropologie has the RN number of RN66170. Not sure if Gucci Tshirts do the same, but it is a way to authenticate them. All Anthropologie will have that RN number regardless of what type of clothing it is and can be found on the inside tag, which is usually on the side of the clothing.

Picked up a commercial juicer in green porcelain many years ago. Hamilton Beach brand to go along with my malt mixer in green!! Have to get some parts for it but it should work like a gem!! Love the wooden pelican!! Can’t you take the shoes back and exchange them for something else? I know you can with clothing as long as it’s 7 days.

Don’t take this personally because I love you guys but I really feel that now that there are so many people YouTubing how little they pay and how much they’re making is the reason for the decline of inventory and high pricing at our thrift stores. With covid people are not wanting to go to work so are trying to become resellers. I personally count on thrifting to clothe myself and save $ on my social security check. It’s impacting me and it hurts! I’m just trying to survive. I live in New York and our sal Val’s and goodwills are scarce and terrible inventory. 😢

It's illegal to sell anything that is fake - ebay will also suspend your store - we won't sell the Gucci knowing now 100% it's fake. - I don't know that is 😀
