@@angekelly100 we are still in the initial process of doing that. I have involved the sales, product and marketing team to figure out the number of personas. After that I designed a questionnaire and plan to interview customers and gather the information. We will also be adding our own information to the personas and cross-check it with the information the customers will give us in the interview.

No Isaac, a persona isn't a specific actual customer, it's a way of understanding who your BEST customers are by researching what they're most interested in/their problems, their lifestyle, etc so you can better communicate with them in your marketing.
