I spent over 1500$ I bought everything brand new because I got impatient but I was ready for my set up . I got the angler 10 and I bought a harbor freight trailer . I got both registered as well and I bought a brand new battery and motor .

I see them come up on FB marketplace all the time for about the price of just the boat. However unless you see the add as soon as it pops up and have cash on hand it's pretty hard to actually get one. I might have to go the way you did and get it one piece at a time.

@@floridamaninthewild to me it was worth it because at least I know what I got was new . I had the extra funds but I was still trying to find a deal

@@hix9306 I'm on a retirement budget. I'd prefer to find something used since it'll take months of pinching pennies to buy everything new. I'm thinking I can start with just the boat and a cheap trolling motor. I can haul it in the truck since most are light enough for me to handle.
