And to realize that it’s ok NOT to be in a real. So many women end up in this situation because they can’t cope with being alone. To me, being alone will always feel better than tolerating abused just to say you have a man. We put up so much just to be in the presence of a man and it seldom seems worth it.

I'm sorry this happened to Keke. She should consider getting into some therapy to deal with her self-esteem issues. This man is unhinged and an opportunist; he made his last girlfriend terminate her pregnancy just before he got with Keke. I hope she doesn't end up paying him for the next 18 years. This is a cautionary tale for women who think that if they marry a less accomplished man, he'll be loyal and grateful. I've seen it with some of my friends who've tried to build men up; their egos get bruised, and they become jealous, insecure, and abusive.

Keke Palmer must be on another level to turn down Steve Harvey’s offer to set her up with a billionaire.” I was so surprised when I learned that she was dating and then became pregnant with this man. Take as much time as you need to heal from the last relationship. Heal until you are whole! Then, if you choose to do so begin to look for an equal, not a project. You're looking for someone who takes care of themselves and has the capacity to take care of you too. Someone on your level that you can respect and vice versa. Don't fall in love with potential. My table is SET and yours should be as well. You got to bring something to my table besides a fork and knife! When you are confident in what you bring to the table, you don't have to beg and chase anyone to sit down and eat! What category do they belong in? Partner, project, parasite or pond? Putting people in the wrong category will mess your life up! Pain prevention is tied to people being properly placed in your life y'all!! A tolerable level of permanent unhappiness just won't work!!

I was very disgusted at the shaming, blaming, name calling ect.. that came from black women. I say black women bc this story was covered by many and I didn’t see any negative comments from them. My question is did your grandmother, mother, aunt, sister, cousin or friends deserve the abuse? Did you tell them they were stupid? They got what they were looking for? How many of you would say that to them? Many women suffer in silence and don’t come forward. We all know Tina Turner’s story and that’s only because she decided to tell her story. Many women left their abusers when it was shared. I’m happy Keke left and I pray that anyone going through this will have the strength to leave as well.

Keke Palmer relationship with this guy reminds of my mom and her brother. Her brother is the oldest however he allows my mother to talk to him like trash and he allows my brother to mislead him and treat him like trash. He is highly motivated to do nothing. Last year, my mother wanted me to help get his resume together for a job. I just sent her template to shut her up. Honestly, he should be getting up and doing it himself. My mother has engulfed herself in his personal life so much she was worried about him losing weight but i just left out the room to leave. I dont have time for a man who is motivated for others to do things for them and destroys everything they receive. Men like my mother's brother, I dont trust and I dont want to be in their presence or mines. Trust, its real in these streets, if he ever sees me or the other way around, I am going the other way. I am by no means condoning domestic violence. However, I am curious why do these women jump up and have a baby by these men that they do not know? Now another child is in the world with a broken family. Why don't women take the time to learn the man (2 years), get married, and THEN bring a child into the world once you know something about the man? We are so anxious to have a baby by anybody that we do not realize that a broken and abusive relationship affects the child too!
@ninafalana756111 ай бұрын
This “Dusty” came into KeKe’s life wearing a camaflauge TuTu. As a lot of broke/broken men tend to do. Hiding the fact they’re controlling, manipulative, and thinking they’re “The Prize” He played on KeKe’s volunerability. He NEVER could’ve POSSIBLY felt as though he was good enough for her to begin with. I could literally hear from the looks of their relationship how much validation she had to probably give this guy. Sooo draining. It surprised me actually to see who her BD was and WHY she’d chose this type of guy given her “Alpha woman” vibes. Was her self-esteem low? Could it be she likes to control the narrative in her relationships and seek men who’s status isn’t on her level to feel superior? I honestly feel and believe that KeKe just wanted a baby from this light-skinned man/child. DV is nothing to joke or laugh about. I hope this was a learning lesson for her and to heal from whatever trauma she’d endured during this relationship.

Allegedly, he's done all three of the of the tactics you mentioned (submissive provider, contacting IG models and offering KeKe's $ to wine and dine, and the PA we've just started hearing about).🤡 Glad you mentioned Steve Harvey. I had forgotten about his famous match-making. In addition to his convo with KeKe, Cynthia Bailey set up, he had claimed credit for matching Shirley Strawberry and her husband together. However, another story about how they actually got together has emerged. Either way, SH proudly gave his seal of approval and walked her down the aisle when she married "Ernesto".

He could be. Who knows what’s going on in his confused mind and thoughts? My theory is that he saw KeKe as an easy target for a come-up, thinking she would remain overcome by his pretty boy looks and his pretend “nice and regular guy” demeanor, then realized she wasn’t gonna be overwhelmed by that stuff forever, especially now that she has a child. And he COULD also like men. Who k owns these days. He needs therapy. ALONE. Stay away from folks until toungetvyourselfbtogether. He does NOT want to be locked up.
