Thank you for your comment! While Greensboro, NC, generally has lower crime rates compared to DC, it's important to remember that crime can happen anywhere. I'd be happy to discuss more about the area with you! Feel free to schedule a call with me tidycal.com/lynetteselbyrealestate/relocatingtonorthcarolinagreensboro Glad you enjoyed the video! 😊

How often do tornadoes hit there .
@lynetteselbyrealestateАй бұрын
@@aaronbass5486 Tornadoes in the Piedmont Triad area, which includes cities like Greensboro, High Point, and Winston-Salem, are relatively infrequent compared to other regions in the U.S. While tornadoes can occur, especially during the spring and early summer. When we do see tornados most of them will occur in more eastern parts of the state, and the Piedmont Triad generally sees fewer tornadoes than coastal regions or the Midwest. It’s always a good idea to stay informed about local weather alerts and have a safety plan in place, but overall, tornadoes are not a common occurrence in this area. Let me know if you need more information or have other questions!
