@@bahtiyarmamadaliev420 Fairfield CT. Dunnlea Street not far from Jack Welch's mansion. 3400 square feet. 4 bedrooms 3 full baths. Anyone who bought 2004 to 2006 got crushed. Same thing happened in the late 1980s real estate bubble.

I was first home buyer looking for a 300k old home with 30K cash on hand on 2021...Saved those for 2 years after cleaning out student loan & car loan. But couldn't crack the market... after 6 months searching where pre-approval letter expired twice after 90 days time lapse. Then with lost hope i went & booked a new 5bhk home from builder with 5K earnest money. Closed the house on Jul 22. On Jul 4 2023, Saved some & pulled from stocks specially Meta another 50K & booked 1 million home which is going to be delivered on July 2024...put older house on rent which increased value from 450K to 560K So the moral of the story.. either you can cry the whole life or understand the game & be a player ...!!!
