My opinion, good buy if the price was right. Either CC or bank it’s a loan, flipping it to 0.0 interest is a no brainer as long as it’s paid off in the correct time. As for the air bags, have ran them for many years and love them. Takes the swag out of the truck/trailer hook up and then doesn’t appear to have a real heavy loaded trailer. State Trooper with weight and measures showed me that. Good job.

I’ve been getting 7mpg towing my gooseneck dump trailer and it’s killing me at $6.30/gallon here in Ohio. Hope fuel doesn’t knock me out this season, glad things are rocking for you though! Keep up the good work bud

I have an old toyota that I daily drive and I bed lined it. I love it and everyone think its awesome but I will say that I wouldn"t do it on a work vehicle. It can chip pretty easily and becomes somewhat brittle, and I did it the right way its not a rattle can job or anything like that. It is easy to touch up though for sure.

On another note, if you're going to keep it for a while I would actually line-x it and here is why. The paint isn't perfect, and you can line-x it in your brand color with name on the windows and with a window brow. Not to mention it will allow it to be rust free for longer and will catch eyes. Catching eyes = brand recognition!

Hey man looking in to the Max-D roll off set up after seeing your views. Changed my mind away from the Texas pride after seeing a lot of bad reviews on them. Can you tell me what the Max-D 13 yard cans weight is empty? I can only find the trailer weight.

You're gonna regret it. Only a matter of time before the trans gives you problems, especially if you tow with it. The vp44 isn't a bad pump but has a reputation for being unreliable because the lift pump is notorious for failing which inevitably wipes out the vp44. 3rd big issue is the y-style steering, which is notorious for causing death wobble. Anyone who disagrees with any of the above is blinded by brand loyalty and doing so out of emotion. You can remedy most of those things but you'll end up prlly doubling the money you already have in it. Not conducive to being a money-making truck. I'd be shocked if you still have it a year from now. I love the second gens but the poor truck and motor were plagued by horrific decisions like using a minivan transmission behind a giant cummins and poor fuel system design. Unless it was an nv4500/5600 truck of course. Love the videos man. Hope you keep crushing it

I fully anticipate the trans being an issue eventually which is why until I have to rebuild it, I plan to make this the in town delivery truck. My hope is to basically have kne tow pig running the loads an another just making deliveries. To prolong the life of the truck a while. Time will tell for sure! @@rollingops had one of these for 5 years in my landscaping business, the truck did have the 5 speed manual and a raptor lift pump but was sold with almost 300k miles on it with a edge juice box and only needed a starter and radiator in the time I owned. These trucks have their problems like all but they will run circles around 7.3s

I don't have the customer base for calls. I have about 2 Rentals per week. Paid cash for trailer one Dumpster. Borrow for 2nd one from my friend who said pay me back in 3 years. Took my tax return from my fulltime job bought a 3rd Dumpster pick up in next week. But I am not getting the the calls or messages to get more Dumpsters. But own everything paid commercial insurance for a year.
