There are no charging stations in the woods and mountain trails LOL!!! You cant take extra batteries with you like you can with a few gallons of gas if you want to "off road" ! Off road mode will definitely decrease electric mileage faster than normal city driving.

The range will be less on this for sure but range isn't normally an issue for offroad trips. Where it will factor in are the offroading enduro races, where this is obviously a much worse option.

Without solar backup I'd have major range anxiety in the wilderness.

Questioning her went poorly, he should have ask how are they setting themselves apart from Tesla Cyber Truck. Why did they chose the Hummer vs a whole new entire vehicle. Questions about the charging station, like does GM going to have their own station or what. Are they going to have autopilot? Are there going to be different versions? It's not a comparable vehicle. In terms of effeciency, this thing is still a Hummer. 200kwh battery giving only an expected 350 GM rated miles. New update shows that the cybertruck tri motor will be expected to be 560 and maybe more in an update, potentially up to 575 miles, on a 200kwh battery. Hummer was a gas guzzler, and it's now an electricity guzzler. Hummer is going hard for the offroading people, but I don't see many people taking out a $112,000 vehicle and pushing it hard....before dealer markups. They likely went hummer as it has a good following. Don't think you can create a new vehicle and have as much hype with that price tag for what it offers. It will have a form of autopilot but it is only on certain roads using hd maps I think, they announced it in the release video. Yes there will be base versions. The lowest base won't come out until 2024 and will start at 80k. 250 mile range. Towing capacity likely can't match cybertruck as they didn't announce anything on it. When tesla unveils more about the cybertruck in a month or 2, you will see them do real comparisons side by side
