*Lettuce* is pretty much a nutritional null. Tomato, OK. Onions also, but not caramelized in oil. Bread can be healthy, but brioche is not (did you pay no attention to what went in?) Ground beef is not healthy. Saturated fat. Not sure what fake meat they used, most of them are very processed. Mayonnaise is eggs and oil with a bit of vinegar or lemon juice, not particularly healthy. Cheese, of course is very fatty and calorie dense. Ketchup and relish are full of sodium and sugar. Nothing about a burger is that healthy.

I've made cheese at home. Not particularly healthy just because you know exactly how much fat and salt you put in it. In the US all that info is on the label anyhow.
