I'm 19 years old and I have been dealing with unstoppable anxiety and panic attacks.....it is really hard to manage....I lose the track of time......I forget about lil things again and again....at afternoon time I feel unstoppable anxiety unless I do something........I always think that whatever I do is never going to take me anywhere I'll end up stuck in this mess everyday....but I'll never stop fighting, no matter what other people see or say...I've lost half of my family an year ago....it seems very easy to other people.... they'll tell you why you be this way , the day today struggles that we face where everything feels like a trigger, any easiest work seems like climbing on a mountain, cause somehow being through this we have gave others the power to judge us on every single thing even sometimes mistake is not ours, bcs we have so low self esteem, we can't feel good about ourselves though we want to be treated fairly and lovingly by others.....we are expecting too much from others.....want to be perfect...cause each little flaw we have gives us intense anxiety...and when those flaws are causing troubles to others....this all we feel , it may seem easy for others , but only we people with anxiety can understand how hard it is to deal with everyday.....

Broke Army미나 Watch “The Anxiety Guy”, last month I was suffering so bad to the point my eyes hurt whenever I blink cuz of crying too much, I was not happy at all. Eventually you’ll learn to understand yourself better, find the core of your anxiety and resolve it. You got this, you’re not alone. Remember, keep moving forward because this anxiety is not a disorder, it is a chance for us to make a better version of ourselves. Don’t worry, I’m 15 and was getting so angry and telling God “Why? Why Me?” But I ended up asking Him for help and he did. Stay strong!

I am having a panic attack right now, and it’s hard to take your mind off of what you’re feeling, you know??? Like I get nauseous, and my abdomen starts cramping, I get chills, a low-grade fever, and I feel like I’m going to pass out (and all of this makes it hard to eat and sleep). Sorry to anyone who doesn’t want the list of what I suffer when I am panicking, but I just wanted to vent 😢 I hope everyone feels better soon! Make sure to eat and stay hydrated (to keep you from ACTUALLY passing out) and remember that all panic attacks are temporary! (If you feel like yours is never-ending, try and distract yourself. I read a post where someone put ice in their mouth, and the shock of the cold helped to distract their brain from the attack, so if you really need to, you could try that. I usually just watch KZbin, which is how I found this video).

I have been waiting to write this comment for more than two years now. I used to use this video EVERYDAY, sometimes multiple times a day. At first, this video helped me get through panic attacks that blocked my vision, immobilized me and took my breath. Most of the times, i was alone and my anxiety swallowed me as a whole. I don't know how many times i replayed this, read in tears and tried to breath. Sometimes twice, sometimes for one hour straight. BUT rough times has passed! my mental health improved so much and i haven't experienced any attacks for two months now. The nights are not horrifying anymore, i am not afraid to sleep. I feel balanced and much more peaceful. I come back to this video once in a while just to remember those hardships. I have come a long way, further than i could ever imagine. I promise, the storm will pass. You are stronger than you think and yes, you worth your fight. Things DO get better. Thank you, whoever made this video. I appreciate it with my whole heart, you really touched a life and helped in most desperate times. Stay safe folks. With love 💕

im in love with this comment section. everything is so relatable. it showed me that im not going through this alone. it helped me know that im safe, and it’s not embarrassing to be anxious. everyone i know always says “you’re overreacting” or “stop being a baby”. it’s made me feel like im the only person that gets like this. but this made me realize im not. when im anxious i normally get nauseous. currently my throat is hurting and im thinking of all the bad consequences. but as I listen to the music and read the words to this video, it helps a lot. just a reminder, youre not going through this alone. we’re in this together. ❤️

From an OCD sufferer to a fellow pilgrim carrying the burden of anxiety, you got this. These feelings always end. Clarity and peace will come at the end of this. And every time you survive an attack, you have the power to learn from it, and in doing so, make the next one easier and hopefully shorter. Anxiety can be conquered, or at the very least managed!

It was 1 in the morning and one of my best friends asked in the group chat if anyone was awake and that they needed someone to talk to. I said that I was awake and asked if everything was alright. I know she has depression and has anxiety problems so I was getting concerned when she told me “please just tell me anything.” She said she was having a panic attack and was about to relapse and said “I don’t want to do this anymore.” Me having some anxiety myself starts crying and saying please calm down it will be okay. She told me I was a good friend and talked for hours, she was about to fall asleep she said and I made sure she was doing better. I’m only 13, but I’m going to send this video to her if it happens again. Thank you. ❤️ I’m going to tell my mom and message her parents tomorrow when I get up, I hope everything will be better.

To anyone struggling with any type of anxiety or ocd, emetophobia, etc. I have separation anxiety, ocd and emetophobia just like you (probably), I get so scared whenever I feel sick but I push through because I want to live to the best of my ability, and without fear in my way. I’m sure you do as well, and I know things are hard to handle, to conquer the fears that lie deep in your brain that you cannot seem to understand why or how but you just feel scared anyways because it’s how you are… I always tell myself when I’m feeling anxious or sick, “don’t worry, you are okay, everyone else is okay, you aren’t going to be sick, even if you have a cold or even covid, you will be okay.” And I believe in that, I want you to believe in that too, take medication if you have to, I never wanted to have medication to help my anxiety and ocd but it’s helped so much. I don’t want you to feel scared, worried or like you can’t breathe or you might throw up, because trust me, you can breathe… you won’t throw up… and even if it happens it’s your body’s natural way of telling you “hey, we need some rest, I’m trying to help you right now.” And trust me, you can get through it, we can get through this together. No matter what we can get through any wall as tearing us apart inside just because our amygdala has that severe flight factor in your brain for nothing but because your body is worried for you. You must train your mind, tell it “we are okay, we WILL be okay. The others are okay, we will get through things together but I need you to calm down for me, okay?” Trust me, it may work one day and you can finally live anxiety free❤I love you, stay strong fellow stranger. If you get through this or have been through it, please share your experiences if you want! It’s better to get it off your chest then to keep a burden so deep in your heart. I’m being calmed down just by writing this and I feel so much better then a few minutes ago. Goodbye fellow stranger, stay strong for not me, but for you, yourself.❤

Sandra Igoninaitė that’s derealization, a symptom of anxiety. One thing that helped me is to not focus on it. First, breathe. Deeply. Breathe in through your nose, feel your stomach expand. Hold it for five seconds, then let out slowly. Repeat. Ignore the dream like sensation. It will go away. The more you pay attention to it, the less it will get.
