Too many varieties of food, with stellar types in each category. Also the consideration that none of the food has been bad (that I recall), so some things are things you would want frequently at that price, some you would go for a treat, some once in a lifetime. I would pick omurice just for the skill to make it and the joy the chef puts into the dish. Also how patient he was teaching Andrew.
