Anthony and Felicia had a one night stand. He fell in love after one night and Felicia ghosted him. Felicia got pregnant and left the baby with Anthony months ago. Anthony wants Felicia to pay child support.

Im so glad to see this!! Finally deadbeat moms are being held responsible for leaving their children behind. My son is a single dad of 3 children, mom took off to " live her best life" he's been a hard working wonderful father! Its tuff young man but u can do it!! The courts will catch up with her!! I had this exact court appearance 7 times (I had to pay my lawyer 7 times while she didnt show up) until I was finally granted custody. Meanwhile, 16 years later I have yet to see a single dime in the court ordered child support she was ordered to pay.....and still had to pay my lawyer fees.

Why did Judge not question if dad knew about resources such as Medicaid, WIC, food stamps, food pantries or diaper pantry?

Unfortunately he's not going to get two red cents from Felicia. If she didn't have enough decency to just show up to court, then she doesn't care about giving any money. He might as well just apply for some benefits.

This poor kid. But man this is a life lesson that's for sure. These kids (some times older people) need to really think about who you are hooking up with and realize this could be a possible fellow parent you will be tied to. Some people are just not cut out to be parents.
