Why don’t we push Anton to left tackle for the rest of the season and see how he does? He’s our best tackle and he was an LT in college. Evaluate his performance and if it’s up to snuff we can draft/sign a new RT, which has less of a premium

They have almost a century of existence of failures. Now they are the #1 NFC north team alongside 2 other amazing teams (Green Bay and Minnesota). Jacksonville doesn't have that.

1:17, the Raiders fired John Gruden and appointed the special teams coach and ended up making the playoffs. The culture of that team had a swift shift getting behind that coach and still ended up hiring someone else then firing them instead of the guy that pushed the team to the playoffs. Now they hired Antonio Pierce. But that is one in recent history where big change happened to drive the franchise. I'm not for firing Doug, I believe his philosophy can be well and I would advise one more year. But he has to remove a select group of coaches which they all have an assistant of sorts. OC, QB Coach, Receiver Coach, DC, DB coach and DL coach. Retool because they had no problem blaming it on Mike Caldwell just to trade out for this trash unit we have now. Mike Caldwell unit has never been ranked this low and gave up so much foolishness. This team has no identity and they're soft. Special Teams is the only positive on this team right now.
