For those who grew up with fathers, you may have had this experience: There is a moment when your father looked weak and humbled. In that state, you didn't take advantage of his weakness. When he told you to do something, you did it, despite how weak and humbled he looked. When you grew up, you never forgot that moment, and in an odd way, it transformed your perspective of life and its challenges. This is one of the most important lessons children need to experience, however, the modern woman takes children away from their father, which results in entitled brats.
@technolus57423 жыл бұрын
Modern women don't take children away from their father. Single moms do (go on, blame the woman for the relationship comming to an end...). And just like a child can see a father weakened and humbled so can a child see a mother weakened and humbled and have the same reaction. What actually makes children entitled is permisiveness and pampering.

I hear a lot of christian women who are in their 40s saying they want a man who fears God yet why would a man who fears God and is a hard worker and a family man want to be married to you, when you never were a righteous woman who had virtue who isn’t a virgin, has a high body count and disregarded any of Gods commandments about abstaining from the wicked sin of fornication? In order to be blessed by God as a believer you have to be walking in His ways which He says to close your legs unless it’s with your husband. I hear with primarily bw of course there are ww too but primarily I see bw who are Christian and they will talk about Gods calling in their life about being a business woman and a preacher, but God wants women who are believers to be of a meek and quiet spirit and to be a help meet for their husband. It’s like they are blind to those scriptures when that’s clearly what Gods Will for women is and if they aren’t married God wants abstinence in His perfect plan. These women will say I want a man who’s righteous but they refuse to look at themselves and say, “is this really what a godly or righteous man deserves?” Because that’s the disconnect so many Christian women make. They shouldn’t be praying for a husband at 40, they should’ve been preparing to be a good wife and mother by abstaining from fornication and to learn things to assist a righteous man at 20 years old .

@Grogu ... those are not Christian Women. Those are Worldly, Trendy women that follow & claim worldly things & titles. ...or maybe they are Christian's 🤔, because the Word I read states "Be Holy", not be Christian. ... but, you're right! People pick & choose which scriptures fit their desires versus TMH's will.
@picklepeppers69833 жыл бұрын
Before people attack you for your message, just realize that @Grogu is particularly speaking of "Christian" women. The Bible calls women to not "usurp" the authority of men. They are suppose to possess a 'meek and quiet' spirit and also the Bible (which is God's Word) never endorses a woman to be single and "boss babes". The assumption is that women of marrying age should be married and being a helpmate for a man/their husband.

In regards to the mother of the 4 year old, I was thinking about that the other day, how many of the things I have learned about what makes for a healthy marriage were never explicitly taught me; I learned by _watching_ them being enacted day in, day out: my mother's deference towards my father (in the way she cooked his meals, the silverware she chose, how she stored his food until he came from work); her way of gracefully disagreeing with him; the laughter late at night between the two of them; etc.. And how my father showed strength, dedication, relentlessness, _sternness_ in handling business. His "tone" can sometimes make things seem untrue (because he is so direct), but trust that Mr. Samuels knows what he is talking about.

Since I was a small Black child I had a fascination with foreign languages. I would daydream in class about being able to speak Chinese, Arabic, Spanish, Russian etc. In high school I took advanced placement French, and in college I did as many study abroad programs my academic calendar would permit (France, Madagascar, Russia). After doing the Peace Corps (Morocco) in my 20s, by my early 30s I was fluent in French, Arabic, and Turkish. The unexpected result was my dating pool (and social life) exponentially expanded. When you understand a language you develop an understanding of that culture. I am at ease conversing and flirting with Turkish, Arabic, and French-speaking women in THIER own language. I really feel sorry for any man who can only speak his native tongue.
