Bypassing a Ford F150 front tank

This is a 2 part series on how to bypass the front fuel tank on an F150 with a gasoline application. This 95 F150 does not have the switching valve canister set up but I describe how to do that in the video.

So not using the front tank that is where the fuel selector is on my 91 F250.. if I do this and just use the back pump will that work as well? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I did this now I’m having a low fuel pressure problem any suggestions?

did it ever leak at the bolt due to the pressure that built up

Worked for me, My fuel line check valves went bad and my rear tank was filling the front. Just did this simple bypass and I'm back on the road again. Ordered new check valves and a new fuel pump to fix the issue at a later date. Thanks

I clamped the front hoses off added a fuel cell and ran my own supply hose to the frame filter and im trying to use the trucks factory return line but my truck won't gain fuel psi now wtf I'm so confused

Hey I had gas pouring out from under my 89 f150 it's a duel tank with a fuel selector valve. I haven't had truck very long. But was told to only use rear tank. Can u tell me how to bypass the front tank? And pump

My back tank is over flowing. How can I just use front tank?

Which ports on the reservoir is for the front tank. I'm confused.

After replacing my rear fuel pump my front tank started overflowing. I cut the fitting off the old fuel pump then hammered in a snug fitting bolt cut off the head and welded it. I put my new plug in the return line for the front tank and that seemed to solve my problem, just did it this afternoon
