I enjoyed your speech and especially your ability to speak, however, and this is my opinion, the title is misleading. The formula you described is the formula for success. It is not a formula for a strong work ethic. If you do not have a strong work ethic you cannot build the needed skill set to produce the desired success. So what is the formula for building a strong work ethic?
