It's not a rivalry any longer and Utah needs to drop this game and move on. They have been rated as on of the P5S with the easiest out of confrence schedule. If Utah had to play someone in State it should be Utah St. not a religious institution that had to get the State Legislature forced Utah to play byu. Violating federal law of separation of church and State.
