Missing my YTPC/Twitter friend and mentor, John Harden. As I'm smoking some Haunted Bookshop in honor of John's life this evening, I came across this video in a Google search for Haunted Bookshop knowing this would come right up in the results. You will be with us always, John. My thoughts and prayers go out to the Harden family.

@68rch Ewwww! We must have exactly the same taste buds. Haunted Bookshop is gonna be a sweeter, less "in your face smoke", like OJK. I have to have burley or I don't feel fulfilled. You ever smoke Sir Walter Raliegh? That's good for a burley fix also. Couldn't smoke it all the time however.

The review that got me to try my all time favorite, all day smoke. I agree with all points. Ex cig smoker myself. Loved Old Joe but wasn't an all day for me. Spent a lot of time with Carter Hall but wanted more tobacco flavor with less topping/moisture while still retaining the ease of smoke. C&D nails this with this blend. The flavor, the ease of the smoke, the nic hit is just right...perfection. Thanks so much for the review. Another pound is headed my way...
@Matches8607 жыл бұрын
I'd still be smoking Carter Hall had I not found HB. Who knew tobacco with no added flavor tasted so good?
@tramperscott7 жыл бұрын
Matches860 True! It always smelled so good drying in the barns I had always hoped to find some tobaccos that would taste as good as it smelled. We have a winner with Haunted bookshop.

@68rch SWR is like PA or CH with no topping/flavor.I'm an ex-cig smoker as well...probably why I like the stuff that has the bold flavor and nicotine. Yeah, nice getting to know you too. With my brother-in-law in Jacksonville, I may just get back down your way in the future.

@Matches860 Where are you from? You sound Canadian. I was born in Indiana and reside in Saint Augustine, FL. One of my 'dream tobak" to try before I die is SG's 1792 flake. I started out as a FVF fan, then I started digging English/Latakia. This all changed when I had my first bowl of Prince Albert. I knew I was all about Burleys.
