Thanks for the tip. My gap is too tight there as well, so this will help. I also feel the drip rail has too big of a gap to the door when the body lines are correct. Any tips there?

Man, that’s a lot of time consuming tedious work. I’m saying it’s awesome if you have nothing else in life going on but in the real world, we use shims and call it a day. SEMA multi class winner for last 10 years here. Again, no disrespect Sir, but I can spend that kinda time elsewhere that maximizes my efficiency and sanity while keeping my customers wallets from crying.
