Gary Lam is very good . His dvds are some of the best i have seen. He has a fantastic understanding of wing chun. I have been training in wing chun for 13 years . The information he passes on is first class.

It's an inside Pak. But in some crappy schools, like the one from Todd Shawn Tei, they do call it cup jarn - which basically means elbows down.
