I’ve watched a few videos on the C2C blanket. For some reason I couldn’t quite get it but your tutorial is so strait forward you made it easy. I love the diagonal striping effect. I make squares for charity typically 8x8 solid or traditional granny squares. This was getting boring. The C2c creates a cool square. Also I’ve promised blankets to a few people but my ambition doesn’t match my time available or my hand pain level. This pattern offers me a quick, modern looking blanket ! Thank you for your upbeat yet clear and concise instructions. You are so much fun!

I completely need this happy distraction right now. Thank you so much I really want to make this! So excited to see what yarn you get for yourself this year! I can live vicariously through you haha. My husband came home from work last night and was like “this is for you” and held up a bag. I thought “omg if that’s yarn I’m gonna faint”.... my sweet hubby stopped by a store in secret AND got the yarn for two bucks a piece when they normally range 5 to 10 dollars. Gotta love those sweet hubbies Thank you again so so much and hope you both are having a fantastic day!!!

@@JaydaInStitches glad to be able to watch! Your a very positive and upbeat person! I like that! And without Mr. Institches filming, there wouldn't be a show. Thank him for us. We love you guys!!! Stay crafty! :)

I love the texture on this and the pretty soft pink yarn you used showcases this very well! I worked mine in a variegated yarn in Christmas colors I hadn't gotten to use over the holidays. :) So I guess you could say I already have my first Christmas 2019 item complete LOL! :D

Congratulations Dawn Holmes!!! We found out on Christmas night that we're going to be grandparents again! Our daughter's due mid July so they don't know the gender yet. I'm hoping for a girl only because they have a 9 month old boy. As long as the baby is healthy, that's all that matters! Again CONGRATS!!!🍼🍼🍼💗
