Do you know how quickly it gets up and goes? Say, 0 to 30 with off-road mode with pedaling?

Depends on weight and incline as well as wind resistance. Not a Tesla for sure but I would say for me around 15 seconds or less.

@@ebpman alrighty thankyou! Loads of people and even ebike companies aren't familiar with the situation I and many people are in, in some towns. Half the roads being over 40mph, only 10% of the roads have sidewalks, there are no bike lanes along side any roads, nor painted gutters to ride in. Folks like myself have to take our e bike, put a motorcycle helmet on, and PAS max as hard as possible for bursts at a time through 40mph roads to cross between neighborhoods as some crosswalks start/end on open grass full of thorns that pop tires, were better off taking actual car lanes and turning lanes. We need bikes that get up and go as quickly as possible in order to be safe.
