E-Ray has it's own distinctive sound more like a supercharger there's a lot more tech packed into this C8 which would kind of scare me .

Seeing in person and comparing all of the current corvette models lined up next to one another and based only on exterior appearance, I rank them in the following order: ZO6 w/ZO7 package high wing spoiler, ZO6 w/low wing spoiler, Z51 w/high wing spoiler, Z51 w/standard spoiler, ERAY, Stingray w/deck lid spoiler, Stingray without spoiler.

My biggest issue with Eray is the base price. For the widebody and extra motor up front, it should have started in the 80k base price. Instead GM put it so close to the Z06, which was foolish. It definitely turned off a lot of buyers, who would rather spend their money on the Z06. I guess we will wait and see if the Zora is the Z06/ZR1 engine + the eray motor for C8 supremacy.

I totally agree. My review video coming out soon says the exact same thing. The eray is pretty cool but it’s priced $10-$15,000 too high.

@HorsePowerObsessed I was going to trade in my 2022 Z51 C8 for the eray before the price was announced. Now, I'm thinking Zora, if it's a Z06/ZR1 engine+EM. As long as those greedy clowns at GM don't price it stupid expensive. Edit: also, in a year or two from now, due to lower sales. "You can buy Eray without carbon ceramic breaks and save 20k!"
