I used a ceramic plate that can withstand heat and steamed it with a wok. It worked well.

Is ''Light'' Soy sauce reffered to as light in sodium (salt) or as in light color? I always have a hard time with this on when buying

Light soy sauce refers to soy sauce with a lighter color. It is also saltier and more dilute than dark soy sauce. In short, it tastes different, not lighter in salt content.

What can I substitute for the mushrooms and oyster sauce

You can use the vegetarian 'oyster sauce' as the substitute. It's made with mushroom extract but tastes like oyster sauce. Please ask your local Asian grocery shop. The brand Lee Kum Kee produces it, or you can get it from Amazon online. Alternatively, omit the oyster sauce, use light soy sauce plus a small amount of sugar as the substitute.

What is a good substitute for sesame? I developed a bad allergy to sesame. I end up with anaphylactic shock after 15 minutes of eating it
