actually, 90's kid kinda has an interesting idea. Not Bloodgun, that's stupid, but a comic's story told only thru the pictures. No dialogue or narration at all...sort of an anti-novel (i.e. a novel is a story told entirely thru text, the story in question would be told entirely thru still pictures.)

+Hamro The first issue of _The Many Deaths of the Batman_ (Batman Vol 1 433 May, 1989) did the same thing. Interesting The Batman Murders novel came out in paperback the next year with a similar mystery only this time the Batman's old foe the Joker is behind it.

How is this an X-Man story? People are CALLED Mutants, but everyone’s powers seemed to be based on cybernetics not genetic mutations. Also, why is the barrel of Cable’s gun smaller than its magazine? Cable was a clear sign of Liefeld’s art and storytelling style: a complete mess. This isn’t even like Frank Miller who used to be good before he went crazy. Between this and Youngblood, Im left wondering Liefeld EVER good!

The beginning joke about X-Men having aliens & time travel when it should be about the persecution themes is pretty funny because the reason why X-Men became popular in the first place is that they mix fun stuff like aliens, demons & time travel with the angsty persecution metaphor. If you remove everything else and focus only on the angsty persecution metaphor then you get FoX-Men in all the Fox films and we've all seen how those turned out

IDK, Stryfe's design is basically really fancy plate armor, so I think it could be revised into something good. Those things on his helmet are cheekguards - somewhat decorative, but also serving to intercept sword swings and the like. And what's pushing his cape up are those shoulder spikes. Which you kinda shoulda seen considering that Stryfe took up a two-page spread to give everyone a look at the details :P XD

Here's a question: If this MFL wants these artifacts so bad, but they're not worth much to archeologists... why don't they just buy them from the museums? Forget for a moment how ridiculous it is to send an entire team of highly trained mutant terrorists to rob a lightly guarded museum, if this unit has enough money to buy secret bases with large computer screens, high-end weapons, and cutting edge cybernetics, you'd think they'd be able to just pay the museums enough money to take those "worthless" artifacts off their hands.
